Designed in 1966 by Mario Bellini the Amanta features an L shaped fibreglass-reinforced polyester frame with a slit running down its back to provide a high degree of structural elasticity, the side of the frame are also turned up to hold the upholstered cushions in place, a very comfortable and solid piece.
